Current Clients
The quickest way for current clients to contact support is to email our “service” address. This will create a ticket in our system for you. For security purposes, we don’t post this address on our website. See your office administrator for the address.
Agent
All of our managed computers have an agent installed on them. On windows computers, expand the system tray, click the Tectro IT icon, and select “Support Portal”. This will take you to a web form that will start a ticket in our system.
For Mac users, this icon will be on the top menu bar.
